QUALITY CONTROL
Precision-driven inspection, testing, and process control behind every carbide grade we ship.
At Sonani Tungsten, our Quality Management System (QMS) is the foundation of our organizational excellence and the key to our competitive strength. Every product we create reflects our unwavering commitment to precision, reliability, and superior performance.
Our Quality Management System represents a structured approach to achieving consistent product quality and customer satisfaction. It ensures complete control over all stages of production — from raw material selection to final inspection — enabling us to meet and exceed global tungsten carbide manufacturing standards.
We are dedicated to manufacturing and delivering zero-defect tungsten carbide products on time while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. Our skilled team and advanced technologies work together to ensure efficiency and excellence at every step.
The Quality Management Department at Sonani Tungsten oversees daily inspection and testing operations with a focus on standardization, documentation, and digitization. This integrated quality control system ensures that every batch aligns with international benchmarks for carbide materials.
Through standardized process management, we monitor raw material quality, process control, and finished product precision. Each batch of carbide undergoes thorough lab testing to verify metallurgical integrity before use in production.
These rigorous quality checks allow us to analyze not only the physio-technological and metallographic properties of our materials but also ensure compliance with dimensional and performance requirements.

Our Quality Process
A controlled, documented path from raw powder to finished carbide — verified at every stage.
Raw Material Inspection
Every incoming powder lot is checked for purity, grain size, and composition before it enters production.
In-Process Control
Pressing, sintering, and grinding are monitored against standardized parameters at each stage.
Lab Testing
Each batch undergoes metallographic and physio-technological testing to verify metallurgical integrity.
Final Inspection
Dimensional and performance checks with full documentation before zero-defect dispatch.
