Why Sonani

A company built around its people

At Sonani Tungsten, precision is made by people, not machines alone. From our plant in Ichhapore, Surat, we turn tungsten carbide into components that industries around the world depend on, and we have grown by investing in the individuals who make that possible.

Carbide is exacting, unforgiving work, and it shapes the values we live by care for detail, pride in a job done right, and real respect for the person at the next machine. It is a workplace where discipline and safety come first, where everyone is judged on skill and attitude, and where good work never goes unnoticed.

We would rather develop our own experts than hire them ready-made. You learn the craft from engineers who know it end to end, and those who commit to it grow with us, from operator to setter to supervisor, as the company grows. Here a job becomes a career worth building: skilled, stable and genuinely valued.
